We're looking for a Business Analyst to join the team part-time 🚀

What You Will Do:

• Be the link between users and technical development teams.
• Be responsible for identifying the business needs.
• Generate the specific functional documentation.
• Translate the requirements into requirements for development teams.

What we need you to have:

✅ +7 yeas of experience in tech industry
✅ +5 years of experience in business analyst or project management roles
✅ Solid communication skills in English (spoken and written)
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
✅ Ability to work closely with Product Owners and Developers
✅ Experience creating user stories, use cases and process flows

Also a plus:
✅ Knowledge of Agile methodologies 
✅ Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence or Trello
✅ Strong communication and facilitation skills
✅ Proactivity, curiosity and a genuine desire to improve processes
